Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your appointment at The Maine Stroke, we require a valid credit card at the time of booking. This ensures that your desired service and time slot are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in, waiver signing, and any necessary consultations. Remember to bring in your I.D. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please call us at (775) 954-8209 or email us at mainestrokebeauty@gmail.com. Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file. This fee also applies to no-shows. We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking those time slots. Late Arrivals If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconveniencing other clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the $25 fee will apply. Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.
